Shipping, returns and refunds

SHIPPING POLICY

We make every effort to ensure that you will receive your Train Your Plane (or any other products sold by us) as quickly as possible and in good condition. Most orders will be packed and shipped within 24 hours once the order has been placed. If there are any issues with delivering your order in a timely manner, we will contact you as soon as possible

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. It is important to read this email and check your delivery address, if anything is incorrect please notify us immediately via email at info@trainyourplane.com.au

We use Sendle as our preferred shipping service. Sendle use a number of courier services, from time to time we may use another service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email directly from Sendle with your tracking number. Shipping times will vary according to your location, usually between 1-4 business days. If your package hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please lodge a “lost parcel” complaint with Sendle and then email us info@trainyourplane.com.au so we can look into it for you as well.

International shipping

Although we are not planning on shipping internationally within the first 12 months. Please note that if we do,  international orders are at your own risk and we can not be responsible for what happens at customs. This includes any importation tariffs or seized packages. It is your responsibility to ensure your order will be able to clear customs in your country.

International orders are always sent as tracked parcels.

REFUND POLICY

Returns

Please contact us via email info@trainyourplane.com.au prior to returning any products so that we can clarify the nature and validity of the refund or return claim.

  • Products must be returned within 14 business days following the original purchase date.
  • Products cannot be returned unless there is a quality or function concern.
  • Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs.

If one part of your Train Your Plane is damaged, please contact us via email info@trainyourplane.com.au so we can look at sensible solutions and rectify the issue as soon as possible

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 business days.

International Orders

No returns or refunds can be given for international orders (i.e. outside of Australia) that have been shipped.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of us approving your refund, please email us info@trainyourplane.com.au to notify us

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any or all parts of your Train Your Plane. Shipping costs may be refundable. If we feel your circumstance is unique and not your fault in any way, we will refund your shipping cost

You should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for all returned items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
